PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 17·12 perches
situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District, City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being part Lot 43, D.P. 8521,
being part Maori Reserve No. 1 and part Section 16, Grey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 6022 (S.O. 9346) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
