EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of certificate
of title, Volume 38, folio 83 (Westland Registry), in the
name of Eva Rostern, formerly of Greymouth, widow (now
deceased), having been lodged with me together with an
application (27829) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu
thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding
duplicate of lease 219172 for Lot 9, D.P. 9478, being part of
Sections 3s, 5s, and 6s, Melville Park Settlement, containing
30·3 perches, more or less, being part of the land described
in register book, Volume 409, folio 96 (Otago Registry),
whereof Edwin John Tall, of Dunedin, radio salesman, and
Isabella Muir Tall, his wife, are the lessees, also the out-
standing duplicates of memorandum of mortgage 219860 and
family benefit charge 219861 affecting the afore-mentioned
lease wherein the State Advances Corporation of New Zea-
land is the mortgagee and charge holder, and application
(249083) having been made to me to issue a provisional lease,
mortgage, and family benefit charge in lieu thereof, I hereby
give notice of my intention to issue such provisional lease,
mortgage, and family benefit charge on the expiry of 14 days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
