A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and also hereby take the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the
said section 29.

in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and
thereon coloured green.

SECOND SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 7 acres 3 roods 38 perches
situated in Block XI, Kairanga Survey District, Wellington
R.D., being school reserve, as shown on a plan deposited in
