Crown Land Set Apart for Road and for Stream Diversion
in Block XV, Mahurangi Survey District

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road, and
that the Crown land described in the Second Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for stream diversion; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 20th day of August 1962.

FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XV,
Mahurangi Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as
follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans
marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in
the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for prison purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 20th day of August 1962.

SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 20 acres 2 roods 29 perches
situated in Block XII, Rolleston Survey District, Canterbury
R.D., being Section 12, Drayton Settlement.
