Appointment of the Waitati Beach Reserve Society, Incorporated, to Control and Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

the Waitati Beach Reserve Society, Incorporated,

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as an historic reserve for a period of seven years from the date hereof.

Revocation of Appointment of Oxford Domain Board, Appointment of New Board, and Union of Oxford and Ashley Gorge Domains

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Oxford Domain Board as published in Gazette, 5 May 1955, Vol. II, page 740, and appoints the Oxford County Council to be the Oxford Domain Board to have control of the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a public domain, and also declares that on and after the 1st day of September 1962 the public domains described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall be united to form one public domain to be known as the Oxford Domains.

Declaration that a Reserve be the Murupara Domain and Appointment of Domain Board
