Land Taken for Street Extension Purposes in the City of Palmerston North

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street extension purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Palmerston North as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 19·64 perches situated in the City of Palmerston North, Wellington R.D., being part Lot 93, D.P. 666, being part Hokowhitu No. 5; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5802 (S.O. 25048) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 28th day of July 1962.

COBHAM, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 13th day of August 1962.
