Allotments 137 and 136, the aforesaid allotments all being
of the Parish of Paparoa aforesaid, to and along the
middle of the Oakleigh-Paparoa road, to and along the
middle of Franklin Road, to and along the middle of the
public road passing through Allotment 107, Parish of
Paparoa aforesaid, in Block XI, Matakoe Survey District,
close to the eastern boundary of that allotment and forming
its northern boundary, to a point in line with the western
boundary of the said Allotment 107; thence along a right line
to the north-western corner of Allotment N.E. 140, Parish of
Matakoe, in Block X, Matakoe Survey District, along a
right line to the easternmost corner of Allotment N.W. 146,
and along the southern boundary of that allotment, and
that boundary produced, to and along the middle of the
public road forming the eastern and northern boundaries of
Allotment 152, the northern boundaries of Allotment N.E. 151,
S.W. 151, and N.E. 150, and the northern and western
boundaries of Allotment S.W. 150, to and along the middle
of Pasley Road, and the middle of the public road forming
the western boundary of Allotment 149 and the north-
western boundary of Allotment 299, to and along the middle
of Gillons Road and the middle of the public road forming
the generally south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 38,
N. 36, and S. 36, to and along the middle of Ball Road,
to and along the middle of the public road forming the
western boundary of Allotment 19 in Block XIII, Matakoe
Survey District, the said allotments all being of the Parish
of Matakoe aforesaid, to and along the middle of State
Highway (No. 12) and the middle of Gallies Road, to the
north-western boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 26996; thence along
a right line to the southernmost corner of that Lot 6, and
along a right line to a point on the south-western side of Te
Kowhai Road, being the north-eastern corner of Section 18,
Block I, Hukatere Survey District; thence along the northern
boundary of the said Section 18, to and along the northern
and north-western boundaries of Section 17 of the said
Block I, and along a right line being the last-mentioned
boundary produced to the left bank of the Wairoa River;
thence up that left bank to a point in Block VI, Tokatoka
Survey District, in line with the southern boundary of
Allotment 1, Parish of Whakahara, and along a right line
being the production of that southern boundary across the
Wairoa River aforesaid to and down the right bank of that
river, to and along the northern shores of the Kaipara
Harbour Entrance, to the sea coast on the western side of
the North Island aforesaid; thence north-westerly along
that sea coast to the point of commencement.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked M.O.W.
2574 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon edged yellow.
