AIR TRAINING CORPS

Appointments

Cyril Napier McLean is granted a commission in the Air
Training Corps in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority
and effect from 13 June 1961.

Stanley Henry Wooding is granted a commission in the
Air Training Corps in the rank of Flying Officer with seniority
from 16 February 1959, with effect from 16 November 1961.

RESERVE OF AIR FORCE OFFICERS

Extensions of Commissions

The under-mentioned Flight Lieutenants are granted extensions
of their commissions until the date shown:

Kenneth Walter Parish (130568), 31 December 1965.
Bryan Jeffrey Antcliff (130087), 22 February 1974.

Transfers

Flight Lieutenant Raymond Ivor Clark (75073) is transferred
from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the
Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period of four years,
with effect from the 13 November 1961.

Flight Lieutenant Peter Gordon Wilkinson (817776) is
transferred from the Administrative and Supply Branch
(Special Duties Division), Regular Air Force, to the Reserve
of Air Force Officers for a period of four years, with effect
from 24 November 1961.

Flight Lieutenant Ray McKenzie, M.B., CH.B., F.F.A.R.C.S.
(133955), is transferred from the Medical Branch, Regular
Air Force, to the Reserve of Air Force Officers for a period
of twelve years, with effect from 12 November 1961.

Terminations of Commissions

The commissions of the under-mentioned Flying Officers are
terminated with effect from 1 January 1962.

Resignation

Flying Officer Anthony Robert Taylor, M.SC., M.B., CH.B.,

Judicature Amendment Act 1930

Pursuant to section 2 of the Judicature Amendment Act
1930, the Right Honourable the Chief Justice has appointed
Norman Andrew Morrison, Esquire, of Wellington, barrister
and solicitor,
to be a member of the Rules Committee, to hold office until
the 31st day of December 1963, in lieu of Frederick Campbell
Spratt, esquire, who resigned on becoming the Honourable
Mr Justice Spratt.
