A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, i, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the
surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto together
with the subsoil down to a plane 50 ft below and approxi-
mately parallel to the surface of the said land.
