Crown Land Set Apart, Subject to Certain Rights, for State
Housing Purposes in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart subject to the building
line restriction contained in K. 62676 and subject as to Lot
31, D.P. 45530, to the drainage easement appurtenant to Lot
1, D.P. 44949, created in and by memorandum of transfer
No. 612338, Auckland Land Registry, for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing together 2 roods 35·7
perches situated in Block XIV, Waietemata Survey District,
Auckland R.D., and being Lots 31 and 34, D.P. 45530.
Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 1603, folio 87,
Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of January 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 31·9 perches situ-
ated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., and being
Lot 1, D.P. 8415, being part Section 45, Fitzroy District.
Part certificate of title, Volume 137, folio 257, Taranaki
Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 16th day of January 1962.

in Block I, Paeroa Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for an automatic
telephone exchange; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 22·4 perches situated
in Block I, Paeroa Survey District, Auckland R.D., being
part Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6A 2, No. 3B 2 Block; as the
same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 4541 (S.O. 40690) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 19th day of January 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in
the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby set apart,
together with and subject as to the land described in the First
Schedule hereto, to the mutual grants of party-wall rights
created by transfers 198083 and 327161, Auckland Land Regis-
try, for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 9·4 perches
situated in the Borough of Rotorua, being Sections 14 and 15
and part Section 19, Block XXXV, Town of Rotorua. All cer-
tificate of title, Volume 733, folio 221, Auckland Land Registry.
