It is hereby notified that the following corrections have been made to the list of officiating ministers for 1962.

The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 32
PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957, Amendment No. 32, and shall be read together with and deemed to be part of the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1957* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

The principal notice shall cease to apply in respect of the goods set out in the Schedule hereto.

The principal notice is hereby consequentially amended by omitting from the Schedule thereto all references to the goods referred to in the Schedule hereto in respect of which, pursuant to clause 3 hereof, the principal notice no longer applies.
SCHEDULE
BLAZERS, maids' and boys' school uniform. Coats, boys' school uniform. Costumes, of wool or containing wool, school uniform. Drill and denim clothing, school uniform, maids' and boys'. Gym and school frocks, dresses, tunics, and uniforms.
Hosiery-
Socks and stockings as follows:
Boys' and infants' - all types.
Women's and maids' gym hose.
Knitwear-
Frocks, costumes, and suits, of wool or containing wool - maids', school uniform. Jerseys. Jumpers. Pullovers. Slipons. Twinsets. Knitwear - infants' of wool or containing wool.
Overcoats and raincoats-
Maids', of gaberdine and all other types, school uniform. Boys', of gaberdine and all other types, school uniform. Rubber and rubberised clothing, school uniform. Shorts, boys', school uniform. Skirts, maids', of wool or containing wool, school uniform. Suits, boys', of wool or containing wool, school uniform. Suits, maids', of wool or containing wool, school uniform. Trousers, boys', school uniform. Underwear, knitted, of wool or containing wool. Underwear, woven, infants', of wool or containing wool. Uniforms, school.

Varying a Notice Declaring Parts of a Tribal District to be Tribal Committee Areas Under the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945
PURSUANT to section 14(2) of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby varies the notice dated 18 August 1961 and published in the Gazette, 24 August 1961, page 1305, declaring parts of the Wellington Tribal District to be Tribal Committee areas for the purposes of the said Act, by deleting from the Schedule thereto the description of the Hutt Valley Tribal Committee area and substituting therefor the descriptions appearing in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
WAIWHETU TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Orongorongo Trig. Station in Block IX, Rimutaka Survey District, and proceeding south-westerly generally along the summit of the
Rimutaka Range to the north-eastern boundary of Orongo-rongo A1 situated in Block IX, Pencarrow Survey District; thence south-easterly along that boundary to the mean high-water mark of Palliser Bay; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the mean high-water mark to Pencarrow Head; thence due west to the middle of the entrance to Port Nicholson; thence northerly up the middle of Port Nicholson, so as to include Ward Island and Somes Island, to a point on the western shore of Port Nicholson in line with the south-western boundary of Section 10, Harbour District; thence easterly generally along the shore of Port Nicholson to the middle of the mouth of the Hutt River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the middle of Waterloo Road; thence easterly to and along the middle of that road to its intersection with Waiwhetu Road and along a right line to the point of commencement.
Hutt VALLEY TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station R (Mount Hector) in Block I, Eritonga Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the summit of the Tararua and Rimutaka Ranges to Orongorongo Trig. Station in Block IX, Rimutaka Survey District; thence westerly along a right line to the intersection of the middle of Waiwhetu Road with the middle of Waterloo Road and along the middle of Waterloo Road and its production to the middle of the Hutt River; thence up the middle of that river to a point on the southern boundary of Section 37, Hutt District; thence northerly along a right line to Trig. Station Horokiwi; thence north-easterly along right lines to Trig. Stations Woodman, Moonshine, Kakanui, and the easternmost corner of Ngarara West C 18, Section 1, and along the western boundary of Section 8, Block III, Akatarawa Survey District, to the northernmost corner of the said Section 8; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Section 8 and its production to and along the northern boundary of Section 10, Block III, aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of the last-mentioned section, and along a right line to the point of commencement.

Varying a Notice Declaring Parts of a Tribal District to be Tribal Committee Areas Under the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby varies the notice dated 19 August 1948, and published in the Gazette of 26 August 1948 at page 1063, declaring parts of the Lower Whanganui Tribal District to be Tribal Committee areas, by deleting from the Schedule thereto the descriptions of the Wanganui City and Putiki Tribal Committee areas and substituting therefore the descriptions contained in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
LOWER WHANGANUI SOUTH TRIBAL DISTRICT-WANGANUI CITY TRIBAL COMMITTEE AREA
All that area bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station XXIII on the south-eastern boundary of Block XI, Nukumaru Survey District, and proceeding easterly along a right line to Trig. Station F in Block XIII, Waipakura Survey District, a right line to Trig. Station Waipakura in Block XV, Waipa-kura Survey District, and a right line passing through Trig. Station Mount Mitchell in Block XIII, Mangawhero Survey District, to the middle of the Whangaehu River; thence down the middle of that river to its mouth; thence north-westerly to and along the sea coast to the southernmost corner of Nukumaru Survey District; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Blocks XV and XI, Nukumaru Survey District, to the point of commencement.

Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Together With and Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 26th day of September 1961, together with a water easement appurtenant to Lots 14, 16, and 18, created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 515397, and subject as to Lots 3, 7, and 18, to Proclamation No. 15177 defining middle line of a transmission line, and subject as to Lots 7 and 18, to the water easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 529746, and subject as to Lots 3 and 18, to the water easement created in and by memorandum of transfer No. 591973, Auckland Land Registry.
