A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and that the
leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by David Charles
Augustus Amundsen, of Pokaka, farmer, under and by virtue
of renewable lease, Volume 487, folio 64, Wellington Land
Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 30th day of July 1962.
