EAST COAST BAYS BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the East Coast Bays Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of £7,500 authorised to be raised by the East Coast Bays Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of purchasing road plant, the said East Coast Bays Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal one nought five pence (0·105d.) in the pound upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property of the Borough of East Coast Bays; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of March in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being for a period of eight (8) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

AMURI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Counties Act 1956.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Amuri County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to take for the purposes of a road the lessee’s leasehold interest in the lands situated in Blocks IX and X of the Waiau Survey District described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan (S.O. Plan 9332) showing the lands required to be taken is deposited at the public office of the said Council situated at Culverden, where it lies open for public inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected shall, if they have any objection to the taking of the said lands, set forth in writing such objection and send such writing within 40 days from the date of first publication of this notice addressed to the County Clerk of the Amuri County Council at the said office of the said Council.
SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land containing one acre two roods and fourteen and nine-tenths perches (1a. 2r. 14·9p.), or thereabouts, being part Section 8, Lyndon Settlement, coloured blue on the said plan.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A RECREATION GROUND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and amendments and the Counties Act 1956 and amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitemata County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain work, namely, the construction and formation of a recreation ground passing through or adjoining the parcel referred to in the Schedule hereunder and situated in the Kelston West County Town portion of Waikumete Riding of the County of Waitemata, and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council situated in the Council Chambers, 199 Karangahape Road, Auckland, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land must state their objection in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers.
SCHEDULE
PART of the land on D.P. 1262, and being parts Allotments 209 and 210, Waikomiti Parish, containing 3 acres 2 roods 20 perches, being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1067, folio 263.

MOUNT EDEN BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Review of Mount Eden Borough District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of Council made on the 24th day of April 1962, the Mount Eden Borough District Scheme as already operative is under review and the Council has recommended that the scheme with the changes now incorporated therein be approved.
The scheme as now recommended by Council has been deposited in the Mount Eden Borough Council Chambers, 64 Valley Road, Mount Eden, and is there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above place is open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme or in respect of any portion of the operative district scheme which the Council proposes to confirm without any change, may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960 or to the like effect, marked “Objection to District Scheme”, and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 20th day of October 1962.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

Review of Matamata County District Scheme, Tokoroa Section
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 17th day of August 1961, the Matamata County District Scheme, Tokoroa Section, as already operative is under review and the Council has recommended that the scheme with the changes now incorporated therein be approved.
The scheme as now recommended by the Council has been deposited in the offices of the Matamata County Council at Tirau and Tokoroa and is there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme or in respect of any portion of the operative district scheme which the Council proposes to confirm without any change may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objection to District Scheme (Tokoroa Section)”, and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 31st day of August 1962.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the County Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
Consent to Departure from Mount Wellington Borough Council’s Operative District Scheme
It is hereby notified that on the 3rd day of May 1962 the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board consented to a specific departure from the provisions of the Mount Wellington Borough Council’s operative district scheme, pursuant to an application under section 35 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, by permitting the compounding and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products and medicine on a property containing 3 acres 2 roods 21·8 perches, more or less, being portion of Allotment 66 of Section 1 of the Suburb of Panmure, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1022, folio 32 (Auckland Registry); subject to the condition that the yard surrounding the factory to be erected on the said land be laid out in lawns and gardens and so maintained to the satisfaction of the Council, and also that adequate surfaced driveways and parking areas be provided, and to the further condition that if it is practicable access be provided to the site from the Ellerslie-Panmure Road.
