In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of New Zealand–Holland Importing Co. Ltd. (in liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at Room 204, Colonial Mutual Building, Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 7th day of August 1962, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extra-ordinary resolution, namely:—
“That the books and papers of the company and of the liquidator shall be held in the office of the liquidator at Room 204, Colonial Mutual Building, until the statutory period has elapsed.”
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

NOTICE is hereby given that by extraordinary resolution of shareholders of Embassy Coach and Trailers Ltd., dated 12 June 1962, it was resolved:
“That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.”
At a meeting of creditors of the company held on 21 June 1962 Mr Noel Barclay, of Auckland, public accountant, was appointed liquidator of the company.
