Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Horohoro Development Scheme)

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 9 December 1929 and published in the Gazette, 12 December 1929, Volume III, page 3264.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 22 November 1932 and published in the Gazette, 1 December 1932, Volume III, page 2483.

Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said lands being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 23 March 1937 and published in the Gazette, 15 April 1937, Volume I, page 1015.

All those parcels of land containing 593 acres 2 roods 30 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 on Deposited Plan S. 5977, and being parts Pukeroa-Hangatiki 4D 2D 5A, 4D 2D 5B, 4D 2D 6, 4D 2D 7, 4D 2I, 4D 2J, and Mangarapa 42B 1B, 42B 2, 42B 3A, 42B 3B 1, A 5 and A 6 Blocks, and part Te Kuiti 2B 18B Block; all the above-described land being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 1711, folio 1.

All that parcel of land containing 1 rood 13·7 perches, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan S. 5174, and being part Te Kuiti 2B 19B Block; all the above-described land being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 1440, folio 73.
