Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Invercargill City Council.

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the licence granted by Order in Council of the 25th day of January 1955* to Albert Joseph Evans, of Auckland (which licence was subsequently assigned to the Milnthorpe Harbour Co. Ltd.), by omitting the dues and rates set out in the Second Schedule for wharfage on dolomite, fireclay, oxides, timber, and all goods not specified (over ½ ton and up to 1 ton), and substituting the following: Dolomite— s. d.
