of that road, across No. 2 National State Highway and the Wellington

Rochfort Road, and Willowbank Avenue to a point in line with the middle line
of Waverley Road; thence along a right line to the intersection of the middle
lines of Waverley Road aforesaid, and Tannery Road; thence southerly and
westerly along the middle of Tannery Road and Meeanee Road to the inter-
section of the last-mentioned road with the middle of Guppy Road; thence
south-westerly generally along the middle of Guppy Road to a point in line with
the southern boundary of Lot 10, D.P. 7758; thence to and along the southern

No. 50 Provincial State Highway, to and north-westerly generally along
the middle of O'Dowd Road and that line produced to the eastern boundary of
Lot 3, Deeds Plan 325; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said
Lot 3 to the middle of Dolbel Street; thence south-easterly along the middle
of that street to a point 711.67 links distant from the intersection of the middle
lines of Dolbel Street aforesaid and Puketapu Road; thence north-easterly along
right lines bearing 51Β° 16' distant 340.95 links, and bearing 27Β° 38' distant
208.34 links, to the middle of Puketapu Road; thence generally north-westerly
along that middle line to a point in line with the north-western boundary of
