Tauranga, hereinbefore described, to a point in the middle of the Mangorewa River in line with the eastern boundary of Taumata 3A 2b Block, in Block III, Rotorua Survey District; thence easterly generally down the middle of the said river to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 9, Block I, Rotoiti Survey District; thence along a right line, to and along the said northern boundary, the abutment of Kapukapu Road, the northern boundaries of Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Rotoiti Survey District, the northern boundary of Ngati-pahiko B No. 1b Block and its production to the middle of the Kaituna River; thence up the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Okere No. 1E Block, along a right line, to and along that north-eastern boundary and its production to the middle of No. 33 Provincial State Highway; thence southerly along the middle of the said main highway to a point in line with the northern boundary of part Waipapa No. 1D Block; thence to and along that northern boundary and its production to and up the middle of the Pokopoko Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Rotoiti 3v Block; thence easterly generally, along a right line to and along the northern boundaries of the said 3v Block and Rotoiti Nos. part 4, 5A, and 5B Blocks, crossing the intervening Maniatutu and Kaikokopu Roads, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary, to and down the middle of the Pongakawa Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 2, Block I, Rotoma Survey District, along a right line, to and along the said northern boundary and its production to the middle of the Pongakawa-Rotoehu Road; thence south-easterly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 18, Block VI, Rotoma Survey District; thence easterly along a right line, to and along the northern boundary of the said Section 18, the abutment of Hamilton Road and the northern boundaries of Section 15, Block VI, aforesaid, and Section 8, Block VII, Rotoma Survey District, to and along a right line across the Rotoma-Matata Road, to and along the northern boundary of Section 12, Block VII, aforesaid, to its intersection with a right line between the south-eastern corner of Section 6 of Block VI, Waihi South Survey District, and the north-western corner of part of Section 15, Block XI, Rotoma Survey District, aforesaid; thence southerly generally along that right line, to and along the western boundary of the aforesaid Section 15, the western boundary of part Allotment 63, Parish of Matata, to the south-western corner of that allotment; thence along a right line to Trig. Station No. 18, Maungawhakamana, situated in Block III, Ruawahia Survey District, along a right line in the direction of Trig. Station 38, Ahiwhakamura, in Block X, Kaingaroa Survey District, to the north-western boundary of Run 55 in Block XIV, Ruawahia Survey District; thence easterly generally along the north-western and northern boundaries of Run 55, the northern boundaries of Run 54 and Matahina C Block, and a right line to the middle of the Rangitaiki River; thence northerly generally down the middle of that river to a point in line with the southern boundary of Waiohau 1A 13; thence to and along that boundary and along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Oputea Block to the northern boundary of Block III, Galatea Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary, southerly along the western boundaries of Blocks IV, VIII, XII, and XVI, Galatea Survey District, and easterly along the southern boundaries of Block XVI aforesaid, Blocks XIII, XIV, and XV, Urewera Survey District, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Tauranga River; thence southerly up the middle of that river and the middle of the Mangatoatoa Stream to a right line from Maungatapere Trig. Station in Block II, Ngatapa Survey District, to Trig. Station 2126, Maungapohatu, in Block XII, Ruatahuna Survey District; thence along that right line to the last-mentioned trig. station; thence along a right line in the direction of Puketapu Trig. Station in Block VII, Tuahu Survey District, to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Waipaoa No. 5 Block; thence to and along that boundary and the north-western boundaries of Waipaoa No. 4 Block to a right line from Puketapu Trig. Station aforesaid, to the northernmost point of Lake Waikaremoana; thence along that right line to the last-mentioned point; thence along a right line passing through a point in Block X, Tuwatawata Survey District, 180 chains due north of Maungataniwha Trig. Station, to its intersection with a right line from Trig. Station 69, Tatara-akina, in Block VIII, Tarawera Survey District, to Trig. Station 76A, Tawhiuau, in Block XIV, Galatea Survey District; thence along a right line to Te Taumutu Trig. Station in Block XVI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence along a right line to Trig. Station B, Pukeroa, in Block XI, Heruiwi Survey District; thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, aforesaid, and a right line being that boundary produced to the middle of the public road forming the south-western boundary of the said Section 1; thence along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 14, D.P. 21390, being part Pukahunui No. 2 Block in Block XIV, Heruiwi Survey District; thence along a right line to and along that south-eastern boundary, and along another right line, being that boundary produced to the middle of the Waipunga Stream; thence down the middle of that stream, to and along the middle of the public road forming the north-western boundary of Section 2, Block XIV, Heruiwi Survey District, to the point of commencement.

BAY OF PLENTY

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shores of the Bay of Plenty, in the middle of the road between Sections 15 and 16, Block I, Te Tumu Survey District; thence easterly, north-easterly, and south-easterly generally along the sea coast crossing the mouths of all harbours and inlets, to a point in line with the southern boundary of Marangairoa No. 1c 6E Block in Block XVI, East Cape Survey District; thence westerly generally along the aforesaid southern boundary to and along the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of No. 1c 5 of the aforesaid block, crossing the intervening East Cape Road, to and along the southern and western boundaries of No. 1c 2 of the said block, and the southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 2208, being part Marangairoa No. 1b 4 Block, to and along the eastern and southern boundaries of Lot 9, D.P. 2209, and Lot 10, D.P. 2211, both being part of the aforesaid 1b 4 Block, to the south-eastern corner of Marangairoa 2E 2B 2 Block; thence south-westerly generally along the south-eastern boundaries of the aforesaid block and No. 2E 1 Block and along a right line being the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of the Takiripiha Stream; thence southerly generally down the middle of that stream, to and down the middle of the Mangamauku Stream, to and up the middle of the Maraehara River, and westerly generally along a right line to and along the western boundary of Pukerangiora No. 2B Block, the western boundary of Marangairoa 2E 1 Block;
