intervening public road, to and along the south-eastern and southern boundaries

boundaries of Allotments 101 aforesaid and 102, the said allotments being of
Whangape Parish, across a public road, to and along the eastern boundaries
of Sections 6 and 7, Block II, Awaroa Survey District, the southern boundary
of the aforesaid Section 7, across the Wairamarama-Onewhero Road, to and

western corner; thence along the eastern and northern boundaries of Allotment

southerly along that eastern boundary, to and down the middle of the Kaawa
Stream to the sea coast; thence northerly along the sea coast crossing the mouth
of the Waikato River and again along the said sea coast to the point of com-

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block XIII,
Komakorau Survey District, in the middle of the Waikato River in line with
the northern boundary of Lot 27, D.P. S. 351, and proceeding easterly generally
along a right line to and along that northern boundary and along another
right line across River Road, to and along the northern boundaries of Lots 1,
2, and 3, the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 5, and the north-
eastern boundaries of Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9, all the aforesaid lots being on
D.P. S. 351, the south-eastern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 10010 (C.T.
1050/73), and along the western and southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 31611,
to the northern corner of Lot 3, D.P. 34123; thence north-westerly along the
production of the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3 aforesaid to a point
220 links distant from and measured at right angles to the north-western side
of Clarkin Road; thence again easterly along a right line parallel to the said
north-western roadside, to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 38, D.P. 4296,
the south-western and north-eastern boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 29376, to
and along the southern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 32680, and that boundary
produced to the eastern side of Bankwood Road; thence northerly along that
roadside, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 4296, and
along the south-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 11935, to a point 220·01 links
distant from the southernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence easterly
along a series of right lines parallel to and 220 links distant from the northern
side of Clarkin Road to the middle of Peach Grove Road; thence south-easterly
along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary
of Lot 2, D.P. 14662; thence along a right line to and again easterly along
that boundary, along another right line across Lot 2, D.P. 32304, to and along
the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 3211, along a right line across Tram-
way Road, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 12771, to
its easternmost corner; thence south-easterly generally along a right line across
part Lot 2, D.P. 12771, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 3,
D.P. 12771, the northern side, eastern end, and southern side of Alderson Road,
to and along the south-western boundaries of Lots 29 and 33, D.P. 16401, a right
line across Powells Road, to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 36,
D.P. 16401, and westerly along the northern boundary of Allotment 317 (part
Ruakura State Farm) to a point at right angles to and 300 links distant easterly
from the eastern side of Tramway Road; thence along a series of right lines
parallel to the eastern side of that road and the northern and north-eastern
sides of Bisley Road and the production of that right line parallel to the said
north-eastern side to the southern side of the Railway; thence westerly along
that southern side to a point in line with the western boundary of part
Allotment 304 as shown on S.O. Plan 32792 (area 1 acre 3 roods); thence
southerly along a right line across another part Allotment 304, to and along
the last-mentioned western boundary and the western boundary of an area of
1 acre 2 roods 36·57 perches, being parts Allotments 304 and 223A as shown
on S.O. Plan 32394 (the aforesaid areas being taken for water-power develop-
ment, Gazette, 1946, page 4), along another right line across another part
Allotment 223A, to and along the western boundary of an area of 1 acre 1 rood
16·31 perches, being part Allotment 223A, as shown on S.O. Plan 32394 afore-
said, to its southernmost corner, the aforesaid allotment being of Kirikiriroa
Parish; thence along a right line across State Farm Road, to and along the
western boundary of Allotment 408, and along a right line across Old Farm
Road, to and along the western boundaries of Allotment 224 and part Allotment
225, Parish of Kirikiriroa, along the western boundaries of part Lot 2, D.P.

D.P. 34136, and Lot 2, D.P. 34499, and the north-eastern boundaries of
