and 69, Takapuna Parish; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundary
of the Electoral District of Waitemata, hereinbefore described, to the point of

All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in
the middle of the mouth of the Anawhata Stream; thence southerly and north-
easterly generally along the sea coast and northern shore of Manukau Harbour
to and along the right bank of the Big Muddy Creek to its confluence with the
right bank of the Nihotupu Stream; thence along a right line to and up the
middle of the Nihotupu Stream to the middle of Huia Road; thence north-
easterly generally along the middle of that road and the public road forming the
south-western boundary of D.P. 41298 to a point in line with the eastern
boundary of part Allotment 31, Waikomiti Parish, shown on S.O. Plan 11895
(sheet 2); thence along a right line to and along the said eastern boundary and
