LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of memorandum of lease S. 155809 affecting all that parcel of land containing 32 perches, more or less, being Lot 10 on Deposited Plan S. 5101, and being part Rotoma No. 1 Block, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 1474, folio 14, wherein the proprietors of Rotoma No. 1 Block are the lessors and Hazel Craig, of Tauranga, married woman, is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application (S. 234508) to issue a provisional lease in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional lease on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE of the loss of memorandum of lease No. 11710 affecting the land in certificate of title, Volume 501, folio 48 (Canterbury Registry), whereof William John Cracroft Wilson, of Hawarden, farmer, is the lessor, and Gerald Combridge, of Christchurch, farmer (now deceased), is the lessee, having been lodged with me together with an application to register a transmission and a surrender of the said lease without production of the original lease in terms of section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transmission and surrender upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
