day of June 1962 an extraordinary resolution that the company
cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue in business, that
it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up
voluntarily; and notice is hereby further given, pursuant to
section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of
creditors of the company will be held in the board room,
Chamber of Commerce Building, Courthouse Lane, Auckland,
on Monday, 18 June 1962, at 2.30 p.m.
