more or less, being situated in the Borough of Whakatane,
being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 27810, and being part Allotments
4 and 5, Parish of Waimana, in the name of Roy Melville,
formerly of Whakatane, taxi proprietor, but now of Kaingaroa,
driver, having been lodged with me together with an applica-
tion (S. 223574) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu
thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such
new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
