A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Governors
of the Wellington College and Girls' High School by John
Warren Harland, of Kaiakohe, company manager, under and
by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 23521, Wellington
Land Registry, is hereby taken for better utilisation; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 18th day of June 1962.

and shall vest in the Marlborough Catchment Board as from
the date hereafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
