Land Taken, Subject as to Parts to Building-line Conditions
and an Easement Over Land Taken for State Housing
Purposes, in the City of Lower Hutt
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing pur-
poses, subject as to the land first described to the building-
line condition imposed by K. 423187, Wellington Land Regis-
try, subject as to the land secondly and thirdly described to
the building-line condition imposed by special order No.
457142, Wellington Land Registry, and subject as to the land
fourthly described to the building-line condition imposed by
notice No. 456233, Wellington Land Registry; and I also hereby
proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for State
housing purposes over the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and
free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to con-
struct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty's
servants, agents, workmen, and assignees, from time to time
and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or
without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said
land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of
way for the purpose of providing access to Lot 93, D.P.
20516, such easement to be appurtenant to the said Lot 93,
D.P. 20516; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 11th day of June 1962.

Woodville
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 11th day of June 1962.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 33'33 perches situated in the
Borough of Woodville, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being Lot 2,
D.P. 8906, part Suburban Section 11, Woodville. Balance
certificate of title, H.B. Volume 164, folio 86.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 29th day of May 1962.
