PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the
Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for
the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 1st day of
June 1962, subject to the building-line condition im-
posed by notice No. 474052, Wellington Land Registry, subject
as to the land secondly described to the sewerage drainage
rights created by memorandum of transfer No. 520945, Wel-
ington Land Registry, subject as to the land thirdly described
to easement certificate No. 520946, Wellington Land Registry,
and subject as to the land fourthly described to the storm and
surface water drainage rights created by memorandum of
transfer No. 520944, Wellington Land Registry.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions
of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in
the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further
given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is
deposited in the post office at Okaihau and is there open for
inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the
said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections
to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and
send the writing within 40 days from the first publication of
this notice to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
