PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That so much of the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936 dated the 1st day of August 1938* as relates to the Idaburn-Omakau Road, formerly known as the Wedderburn-Omakau via Ida Valley Main Highway No. 227, at Oturehua in Maniototo County, is hereby revoked.
