MAURICEVILLE COUNTY COUNCIL
Mauriceville County Council Rural Housing Loan 1962,
£10,000
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Counties Act 1956, the Local Authorities
Loans Act 1956, and all other powers (if any) it thereunto
enabling, the Mauriceville County Council hereby resolves
as follows:
“That the Council make and levy and appropriate and
pledge as security for the repayment of the said debenture or
debentures an annually recurring rate of 37/200d. in the
pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital
value) of all rateable property in the County of Mauriceville.”
We hereby certify that the foregoing is a true copy of
and a correct extract from the minutes of proceedings of the
Mauriceville County Council at the meeting of the
Mauriceville County Council held at Masterton on the 20th
day of March 1962.

Settlement Water Race.

HASTINGS CITY COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Change in Hastings City District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution
of the Hastings City Council made on the 26th day of March
1962, a change of the above district scheme has been recom-
mended for approval under the Town and Country Planning
Act 1953. The change relates to Heretaunga Street West and
imposes a building-line restriction of forty-three (43) ft from
the centre line of Heretaunga Street from the west side of
Nelson Street to Maraekakaho Road, and provides for the
widening of that portion of Heretaunga Street by ten (10) ft
on both sides.
The change in the scheme has been deposited in the office
of the Council and in the Public Library in Karamu Road
South, Hastings, in accordance with section 22 (1) of that
Act and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all
persons interested therein at any time when the above places
are open to the public.
Objections to the change in the said scheme or to any part
thereof shall be in writing in form E prescribed in the First
Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960,
and shall be lodged at the office of the Council at any time
not later than the 10th day of July 1962.
At a later date every objection will be open for public
inspection and any person who wishes to support or oppose
any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of
objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within the
period of which public notice will be given.

EKETAHUNA BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Public Notification of Eketahuna Borough District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution
of the Eketahuna Borough Council made on the 16th day of
March 1962, a district scheme has been recommended for
approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
The scheme relates to the Borough of Eketahuna. The scheme
has been deposited in the Borough Council Offices in accord-
ance with section 22 (1) of that Act and is there open for
inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at
any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the scheme or to any part thereof shall be in
writing in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the
Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be
lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than
28 August 1962. At a later date every objection will be open
for public inspection, and any person who wishes to support
or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the
hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing
within the period of which public notice will be given.
