Notice Calling Final Meeting
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Elmdale Cooperative Dairy Co. Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation).
NOTICE is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955 that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the Dyerville Hall on Wednesday, the 30th day of May 1962, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

"1. That the company be wound up voluntarily as a members voluntary winding up, and that Mr George Rowland Wilson be and is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
"2. That the said liquidator be and he is hereby authorised and directed, after payment of all debts and liabilities of the company, to distribute the assets of the company in specie among the members."

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Electrical Installation Co. (Wanganui) Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 31st day of May 1962 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on Wednesday, the 18th day of April 1961, presented to the Court by Sargood Son and Ewen Ltd., a limited company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, having its registered office at Victoria Street, Auckland; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 25th day of May 1962 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and that any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
