Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the said lands and, further, declares that the said lands may be disposed of by the Invercargill City Council in such manner, at such prices, and on such terms and conditions as the Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sales to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such monies to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Reservation of Land and Declaration that Land be Part of the Moeraki Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Moeraki Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Building, Princes Street, Dunedin, as the place, for the holding of a meeting of representatives of the insurance companies carrying on business in New Zealand to elect one member to the Fire Committee for the Roxburgh Urban Fire District.
