Appointment of the Bay of Plenty Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Bay of Plenty Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for a site for a kindergarten.

Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time Being Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to Control and Manage a Reserve, Declaration that the said Reserve Shall no Longer be Subject to the Provisions of the said Act, and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the time being having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to control and manage the reserve for baths purposes described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the said reserve shall no longer be subject to the provisions of the last-mentioned Act and, further, revokes the reservation as a reserve for a site for baths over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

Formation of District Maori Council of Tribal Executives

Pursuant to subsection 7 of section 13 of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945 (as enacted by section 2 of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Amendment Act 1961), I hereby give notice that I have approved of the formation of a District Maori Council of Tribal Executives for the South Island Maori Land Court District to be known as the Te Waipounamu District Maori Council of Tribal Executives. The Tribal Executives which are members of the said Council are named in the Schedule hereto.

The Whakatu Tribal Executive,
The Marlborough Tribal Executive,
The Kotuku Tribal Executive,
The Canterbury Tribal Executive,
The South Canterbury Tribal Executive,
The Otago Tribal Executive,
