up to the ordinary high water mark, but excluding therefrom
all that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangarei
County, commencing at the easternmost corner of Toetoe Ip 2,
on the shores of the Whangarei Harbour, in Block XIII,
Whangarei Survey District, and proceeding generally south-
easterly along a right line to the north-eastern corner of
Section 3, Block XIII, aforesaid, a right line to Tapu Point,
a right line to Onemama Point, a right line to the eastern end
of Portland Wharf, a right line to the northernmost point of
Mata Point, a right line to Mangawhati Point, and another
right line to the north-eastern corner of Mangawhati Block
on the shores of the Whangarei Harbour, in Block II, Ruakaka
Survey District; thence westerly and northerly generally along
the line of ordinary high water of the shores of the said
harbour to the point of commencement.

As the same is more particularly shown on a plan marked
I.A. 52/79, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Internal Affairs, Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 18th day of April 1962.

The Orakei Cemetery Closing Order 1962

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 9th day
of May 1962
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Orakei Cemetery
    Closing Order 1962.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
    June 1962.
  2. It is hereby directed that the Orakei Cemetery, being
    the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed
    and burials therein discontinued from the 1st day of December
  3. It is hereby declared that the Orakei Cemetery shall vest,
    on the said 1st day of December 1962, in the Auckland City
    Council as a closed cemetery for maintenance in good order
    as a public reserve.

SCHEDULE
ORAKEI CEMETERY
All that area in the City of Auckland containing 1 rood
4·3 perches, more or less (S.O. Plan 42849), being Section
43, Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District.

The Mokau Cemetery Order 1962

At the Government House at Wellington this 9th day
of May 1962
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Mokau Cemetery
    Order 1962.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of
    June 1962.
  2. The powers of appointing and removing trustees for the
    Mokau Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule
    hereto, are hereby delegated to the Waitomo County Council.
  3. The Order in Council dated the 18th day of September
    1933 delegating powers under the Cemeteries Act 1908* is
    hereby amended by omitting from the second column of the
    Schedule the word “Mokau” where it appears opposite the
    reference to the Waitomo County Council in the first column
    of the Schedule.

SCHEDULE
All that area in the South Auckland Land District containing
2 roods 37 perches, more or less, being Sections 16 and 17,
Block I, Awakino Survey District; and Section 1, Block I,
Village of Mokau, situated in Block I, Awakino Survey
District; as shown on plans marked 191/2/133, held in the
office of the Department of Health, Wellington, and thereon
edged red, which plans are copies of Survey Office Plans 4233,
26946, and 39658.

The Timaru Cemetery Order 1962

At the Government House at Wellington this 9th day
of May 1962
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Timaru Cemetery
    Order 1962.
    (2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June
  2. The Timaru City Council is hereby appointed to be the
    trustee of the Timaru Cemetery, being the area described in
    the Schedule hereto, and shall have the control and manage-
    ment of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the
    Cemeteries Act 1908.
  3. (1) The delegation to the Timaru City Council of the
    powers of appointing and removing trustees of the said
    cemetery made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of
    September 1933* is hereby revoked so far as it relates to the
    Timaru Cemetery.
    (2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly
    amended by omitting from the first column of the Schedule
    the words “Timaru Borough Council”, and from the second
    column of the Schedule the word “Timaru”.

TIMARU CEMETERY
All those areas in the Canterbury Land District containing
together 28 acres 1 rood 34·9 perches, more or less, being:
Lot 108, D.P. 263, being part Rural Section 1706, situated
in Block II, Patiti Survey District, City of Timaru: Area,
1 rood more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 210, folio
195.
Lots 110 and 111, D.P. 263, being part Rural Section 1706,
situated in Block II, Patiti Survey District, City of Timaru:
Area, 2 roods, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 61,
