Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 0·3 perches situated in Block XV, Town of Wyndham, Southland R.D., being part Section 6; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5243 (S.O. 6893) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of May 1962.

Street to be Closed
All those pieces of street situated in the City of Dunedin, Otago R.D., described as follows:

0 3 22·2 Passing through Town Belt, Town of Dunedin; coloured green on plan.
0 0 0·8 Adjoining Town Belt, Town of Dunedin; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5254 (S.O. 12835) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
