The Northern Industrial District Chemical Fertiliser Workers' Industrial Union of Workers Cancellation Notice 1962

WHEREAS in respect of the discontinuance of employment by members of the Northern Industrial District Chemical Fertiliser Workers' Industrial Union of Workers the Minister of Labour is satisfied that the discontinuance has caused and is likely to cause serious loss and inconvenience and that this has been brought about wholly or partly by those members:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 198 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, the Minister of Labour hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Northern Industrial District Chemical Fertiliser Workers' Industrial Union of Workers Cancellation Order 1962.
   (b) This notice shall take effect on the date of its publication in the Gazette.

2. The registration of the Northern Industrial District Chemical Fertiliser Workers' Industrial Union of Workers is hereby cancelled.

The Wanganui Chemical Fertiliser and Acid Workers' Industrial Union of Workers Cancellation Notice 1962

WHEREAS in respect of the discontinuance of employment by members of the Wanganui Chemical Fertiliser and Acid Workers' Industrial Union of Workers the Minister of Labour is satisfied that the discontinuance has caused and is likely to cause serious loss and inconvenience and that this has been brought about wholly or partly by those members:

2. The registration of the Hawke's Bay Chemical-Manure and Acid Workers' Industrial Union of Workers is hereby cancelled.
