and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Wanganui and be under the control and management of the
Wanganui City Council.

hereby consents to the closing of the portion of the street
in the Borough of Mount Albert described in the Schedule
hereto.
