A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto, held by Horace Howard Reeve, of Ohura,
farmer, under and by virtue of deferred payment licence,
Volume 176, folio 57, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby
taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of January 1962.

the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Seacraft Ltd.,
a company duly incorporated at Auckland, under and by
virtue of renewable lease, Volume 846, folio 61, Auckland
Land Registry, for a term commencing on 1 January 1946
and ending on 31 December 1979, is hereby taken for the
Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 4·8 perches situated
in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, Borough of Ellerslie, and
