EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 1207, folio 241, containing 15·9 perches, more or less, being Lots 439 and 440, Deposited Plan S. 1566, in the name of Saunders Enterprises Ltd. having been lodged with me together with an application (S. 231911) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage No. 351510, whereof George John Metcalf, of Wellington, plumber (now deceased), is mortgagee, affecting 1 rood 0·3 of a perch situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Sections 10 and 11 of the Watt’s Peninsula District and being also Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 11877, and being the whole of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 485, folio 57, Wellington Registry, and application having been made to me to register a transmission (No. 525355) to the Public Trustee, Wellington, as executor of the said George John Metcalf, and a discharge of the said memorandum of mortgage, I hereby give notice of my intention to dispense with the production of the said instrument under section 44 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and to register the said transmission and discharge on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

I hereby give notice, pursuant to the power conferred upon me by the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, that by an alteration to the rules of The Canterbury Agricultural College Students’ Association Incorporated, duly authorised by the members thereof, the name of The Canterbury Agricultural College Students’ Association Incorporated was altered to Lincoln College Students’ Association Incorporated as from 13 April 1962.
