CORRIGENDUM
In the notice published in the Gazette, 12 April 1962, No. 23, page 595, for Te Kao 98 situated in Block XII, Muriwhenua Survey District, read “8 acres 0 roods 1 perch”, instead of “3 acres 0 roods 1 perch”. This now is in accordance with the original document.

CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 28th day of February 1962 and published in Gazette, 22 March 1962, No. 19, page 483, concerning one-way roads and fishing from bridges: In paragraph (a) of the First Schedule, for “north-easterly” read “north-westerly”.
Declaring Land to be Crown Land
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land containing 545 acres 1 rood 12 perches, more or less, being the lands known as Kahuwera B 2B 1B, B 2B 7A 2A, and B 2B 7C Blocks, situated in Block IV, Totoro Survey District. (Plan M.L. 1482.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of May 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Kaitaia

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 36·36 perches situated in Block V, Takahue Survey District, Borough of Kaitaia, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 8, D.P. 13820, being part of Old Land Claim 242. Part certificate of title, Volume 257, folio 107, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of May 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 roods 6·1 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 23A of Section 6 of Suburbs of Auckland; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5125 (S.O. 43221) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of April 1962.
