Land Taken for State Forest Purposes in Block VI, Maioro Survey District
COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State forest purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1962.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land situated in Block VI, Maioro Survey District, Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 148, Waiuku West Parish. Balance certificate of title, Volume 29, folio 55, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 30th day of April 1962.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate or interest in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by John Trotter and Robert William McLeod Trotter, both of Kurow, sheep farmers, as tenants in common in equal shares, under and by virtue of Pastoral Lease of Pastoral Land No. 182 recorded in Register Book, Volume 386, folio 78, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Aviemore Power Scheme).

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 7·4 perches, being part Run 243c, Block VI, Kurow Survey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5099 (S.O. 13133) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Bernard William Murphy, of Kohuratahi, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 142, folio 167, Taranaki Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Tahora line depot).
