A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John,
Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Lawrence-Roxburgh Branch Railway.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land de-
scribed in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette, become a road, and that the said road
shall be under the control of the National Roads Board
and shall be maintained by the said Board in like manner
as other public highways are controlled and maintained by
the said Board.
