Any person wishing to submit any objection thereto should do so in writing to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, on or before 16 May 1962.

Any such objection should be supported by information as to:

(a) The range of goods manufactured;
(b) The proportions of New Zealand and imported materials used in the manufacture;
(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory costs in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
