Prescribing Scale of Principal and Interest Payable Under Section 333 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby prescribes a scale of principal and interest payments for loans repayable over a period of 25 years with interest at the rate of 5⅛ per cent per annum.

SCALE

AMOUNT of principal and interest payable during each period of six months for every £100 of unpaid purchase money or advance at 5⅛ per cent interest for a period of 25 years:

The Papakura High School Board of Governors Order 1962

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 9th day of April 1962

Present:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Papakura High School Board of Governors Order 1962.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1962.

  1. The constitution of the Board of Governors of Papakura High School, prescribed by the Papakura High School Board of Governors Order 1959,* is hereby varied so that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 90 of the Education Act 1914, the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Auckland Education Board:

(b) Four members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Borough of Papakura:

(c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the County of Franklin:

(d) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the County of Manukau:

(e) One member appointed by the Papakura Borough Council:

(f) One member appointed by the Franklin County Council;

(g) One member to be co-opted by the Board of Governors itself, if and when it thinks fit.

  1. The Papakura High School Board of Governors Order 1959* is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to section 90 of the Education Act 1914, as amended by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (1) This order may be cited as the Kapiti College Board of Governors Order 1962.

(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1962.

  1. The constitution of the Board of Governors of Kapiti College, prescribed by the Kapiti College Board of Governors Order 1960,* is hereby varied so that notwithstanding anything to the contrary in section 90 of the Education Act 1914 the school shall be controlled by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board:

(b) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Pukerua Bay School District:

(c) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Paekakariki School District:

(d) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Raumati School District:

(e) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Paraparaumu School District:
