Trustee for Porirua Cemetery Appointed

PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint the Makara County Council to be the trustee of the Porirua Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and to have the control and management of that cemetery under and for the purposes of the Cemeteries Act 1908, in the place and stead of all other persons so appointed and heretofore holding office.
