Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road and for Better Utilisation in Block XXXI, Hokonui Survey District

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land first described in the Schedule hereto for road, and the land secondly described in the Schedule hereto for better utilisation; and notice is hereby further given that the plans of the land so required to be taken are deposited in the post office at Riversdale and are there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the taking of the land, set forth the same in writing and send the writing, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Declaration that a Reserve Form Part of the Whangamata Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Whangamata Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaration that Part of the Birchville Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Birchville Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
