Revocation of Appointment of Westport No. 1 Domain Board, Declaration that the Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve, and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Westport No. 1 Domain Board as published in Gazette, 14 May 1885, Vol. I, page 612, to take effect on 31 March 1962, and, further, declares that the Westport No. 1 Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
