A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 8th day of February 1962 and published in Gazette, 15 February 1962, No. 12, page 303, proclaiming land as road in Block VII, Patoka Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, in so far as it affects the area of 20·8 perches thirdly described in the First Schedule to the said Proclamation, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby proclaimed as road.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 20·8 perches situated in Block VII, Patoka Survey District, Hawke's Bay County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and being part Lot 1, D.P. 8700, being part Block 7, Patoka Crown Grant District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1935 (S.O. 3267) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
