EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 130, folio 38, containing 19·6 perches, more or less, being part of the block of land situated in the Thames Survey District called Rangiriri “L”, bounded as appears on Deposited Plan 3494, which said piece of land is part Lot 127 in the Township of Shortland in the name of Harold Isaac Walter Scott, of Thames, farmer (deceased), having been lodged with me together with an application (S. 229421) to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
