Extending a 30 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. That the Warrant under section 3 of the Motor Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 29th day of July 1948*, which relates to Ohai in Wallace County is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

No. 96 State Highway (Mataura-Tuatapere) (from a point 18 chains measured westerly generally along the said State highway from McLaggan Street to Ohai Gorge Road).
