A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby
proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 2nd day of April 1962.

Land Proclaimed as Road
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IV, Lower Wanaka
Survey District, Otago R.D., described as follows:

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of
New Zealand hereby declare the land described in the Schedule
hereto, and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori
Land Court by an order dated the 23rd day of June 1959,
to be road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 39·7 perches
situated in Block XI, Otamatea Survey District, Auckland
R.D., being part Nukuroa 2B 5 Block; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4930
(M.L. 14265) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

ALLOTMENTS 26 to 34, 39 to 42, and 72 to 76 of Suburban Section 2, Waiuku Parish, and Allotments 362, 363, and 364, Waiuku West Parish, situated in Blocks VI and VII, Maioro Survey District: Total area, 670 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 24/5 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O.
