Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Wharepapa

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1962.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of Crown land set apart for railway purposes:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 17·7 Formerly stopped road adjoining Railway land in Proclamation No. 745; coloured green.
0 0 15·6 Part Lot 11, D.P. 9826, and being part Paeroa No. 1 Block; coloured blue.

Both situated in Block III, Kumeu Survey District, Waitemata County.

As the same are more particularly shown on plan S.O. 42277, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of March 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Post Office Purposes (Line Depot) in the Borough of Waihi

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post office purposes (line depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1962.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 1 acre situated in Block XV, Ohinemuri Survey District, Borough of Waihi, Auckland R.D., being part Ohinemuri No. 7 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4770 (S.O. 41268) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of March 1962.

Additional Land near Khandallah Taken for the Purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Foxton Railway.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 2·45 Part Lot 3, D.P. 11689, being part Section 2, Porirua District.

Situated in Block XI, Belmont Survey District, City of Wellington. (S.O. 25057.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 17705 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of March 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Better Utilisation in the City of Lower Hutt, Subject to a Water-supply Easement

COBHAM, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Charles John, Viscount Cobham, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for better utilisation, subject to the water-supply easement described in certificate of title, Volume 980, folio 45, Wellington Land Registry; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of March 1962.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 58 acres 3 roods 22·36 perches situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., being Section 742, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4872 (S.O. 24760) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of March 1962.
